GRILLED STEAK
Ingredients
1/8  teaspoon  salt
1/8  teaspoon  thyme
1/8  teaspoon  cumin
1/8  teaspoon  coriander seed
4     tablespoons  olive oil
2     tablespoons  bourbon
4     each      boneless rib-eye steaks
Directions
Combine     the salt, cumin, coriander,
thyme, bourbon, and oil in a shallow dish
or     bowl. Massage the steaks with this
mixture and let sit room temperature for     
1 hour.
