CEDAR- PLANKED  SALMON

4 (8-ounce) salmon fillets
1/2 C. melted butter
salt and pepper, to taste
2 (5-inch wide, 12-inch long) untreated
cedar planks
Lemon wedges for garnish

1.Soak the cedar plans in water for 10 minutes.
2.Remove and brush one side with 1 T. butter.3.Baste
the salmon with butter and season with
salt,pepper.4.Place the salmon steaks on the cedar
planks. 5. Place cedar planks onto hot grill and close
lid.6.After wood starts smoking grill for about 10-20
minutes,checking every 10 minutes till done.7.Do not
overcook.8.Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy!!!
