Guys On Grills-A Toledo Recipe
 
Island Brew Marinade

5 pounds beef of choice
3 cups red ale
2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
3 cups teriyaki sauce
1 cup orange juice

Mix ale, ginger, teriyaki sauce, and orange juice. Pour over beef and marinate refrigerated for 12 hours. Remove
beef, discarding marinade, and grill beef to desired doneness.

This recipe is an awesome marinade for
grilling any type of beef. (Especially a
nice brisket!) The master chefs at
