Brown Ale Honey-Glaze for Chicken Wings

1 bottle brown ale
4 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
11/2 cups honey
6 New Mexican chiles, seeded
3 ounces ginger, roughly chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in heavy gauge pot. Bring to a boil. Lower to simmer and reduce by half, about 30 to 45 minutes. It should thicken.
Remove from heat and let cool. Puree in blender or food processor until smooth. Strain. Season to taste with salt.

To use, grill marinated chicken wings. Brush with honey glaze and grill one additional minute on each side.
